Cooking spray to grease pans
3 bananas (very ripe/brown)
1&1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. room temp butter
2 large eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2&1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Peal & mash bananas to measure 1&1/2 cup
3. In large bowl, stir the sugar and butter until well mixed. Stir in eggs. Stir in the mashed bananas, buttermilk, & vanilla. Beat with spoon until smooth.
4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, & salt til moistened. Add in nuts. Spread batter evenly in pan(s).
5. Bake 1 hour; let cool for 10 min
