3 Tbsp butter
1 small cabbage , chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lb hamburger
1 can 28oz diced tomatoes
1 small jar sauerkraut with juice
1 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, layer onion, cabbage, uncooked rice, sauerkraut, raw crumbled hamburger, salt and pepper, then tomatoes and minced garlic. Cover with lid and simmer 25-40 minutes until rice, cabbage and burger are done. Do not stir or lift lid until done
