1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/4 c. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Garlic, chopped

10 oz. Fresh Spinach or 12 oz. Frozen Spinach

1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp. Cream or Milk
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 pkg. Cannelloni Noodles
3 1/2 c. Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 c.Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir the first three ingredients until meat is brown. Drain. Cook spinach. Drain and chop. Combine Parmesan, milk, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper in beef mixture. Stuff uncooked cannelloni with mixture. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan. Arrange noodles in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over noodles, being certain to cover all pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 375º F for 1 hour or until tender
