Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 large peeled peaches sliced VERY thin
2 oranges, juice and ground rind
1 lemon, juice and ground rind
Equal amount of sugar as fruit

Directions:
Directions:
The oranges and lemon may be cut into quarters and processed in the Cuisinart until really small pieces. Place this and the peaches and sugar (use no more than 5 cups) into a large, heavy saucepan. Cook on medium high until the peaches are transparent. If desired you can add when almost done, a small bottle (drained) of maraschino cherries, chopped. I don't bother, but it does look pretty in the jars. I do put these in small jars and store in the freezer. I am too lazy to put parafin on the tops or process them.
