1-1/2 pounds, very thinly cut round steak (cut for 6 pieces)
6 thin sliced ham
6 sliced swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs, dry
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
2 cups red wine
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven on 350º. Salt and pepper steaks. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each of 6 pieces of steak. Start at short end and tightly roll up into roll, tucking ends as you go. Dip in egg and bread crumbs. Cover well. Place in a 1-1/2 to 2'' deep baking pan. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until rolls begin to barely brown. Mix soup, onions and red wine. Add salt and pepper. Pour around meat rolls. Cook until tops are brown and sauce is bubbly.
