1 lb. light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
3 Tbs. light corn syrup
2 1/2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pan mix both sugars, milk, syrup and salt. Attach candy thermometer to pan. Cook over medium high heat until the thermometer registers 238 degrees. Stir a few times while cooking. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Leave until the temp. is 180 degrees. Stir very hard until it thickens and then quickly pour into a greased 8x8 pan. After about 5 minutes cut into squares.

This is almost as popular as the chocolate fudge. I usually mix the two in a box but some only want one or the other. They are both delicious.
