Meatballs:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 pound Jimmy Dean Hot sausage
1 can (5 oz.) pet milk
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions

Sauce:
2 cup catsup
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together; shape into small 1-inch diameter balls. Place in baking pan in single layer. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Yields 9 dozen.

If you like sauce, double the sauce recipe. I don't think we baked them quite that long because we were putting them in the crock-pot to keep hot.
