Personal Notes:
We use a mini ice cream scoop that holds a rounded tablespoon of dough, for easy portioning and dropped them about 2 inches apart. Our yield was fifty-seven 2 1/2 inch cookies.
To get that bakery chewy moisture and taste, I watch my cookies and remove them when there is still a little sparkle of wetness on the top. then I let them sit for about 5 -6 minutes on the cookies sheet
