1 1/3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix liquids and beat til well mixed. Add to dry ingredients and mix til just blended. Put in muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

While muffins are hot, dip in butter and roll in powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon.
