4 c. sugar
1 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter

25 large marshmallows

12 oz. Hershey or Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. Hershey or Nestle milk chocolate chips
2 oz. Bakers unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in large heavy saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir and boil 2 minutes. Turn off heat.

Add marshmallows and stir until melted.

Add the three chocolates and stir until melted.

Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Cool.

The secret is in the ingredients: whole milk, real butter and only the best chocolates. Cover it tight with plastic wrap immediately. Store at room temperature and always keep it covered until serving. That keeps it creamy.

The Dhooge boys wouldn't have Christmas without their dad's fudge. But try to get him to make it at another time of the year. Not gonna happen!
