Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients on low over a double boiler (or in the microwave a couple minutes at a time). Scrape the bottom of the pan frequently so it doesn't burn. Once the marshmallows are completely melted continue to cook a few more minutes and turn off the heat. It will thicken up as it cools a little. Serve over ice cream. I usually forget to put the vanilla in and it still tastes fine.
