8 oz. lump crab meat
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs chopped fresh chives
1 Tbs fresh lime juice
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 small slices Italian bread or cocktail bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together. Sometimes I add more mayonnaise or cheese. Place the bread on a broiler pan and toast one side. Turn bread over and spread about a tablespoon of mixture onto each toast. Broil until bubbly and brown.
