1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed banana
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. chopped dates
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Sift flour, salt, soda and nutmeg. Add dates, chips and oatmeal to flour. Then add to creamed mixture. Add banana and nuts. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
