2 eggs
1/2 C. sugar
2 C. milk
1 C. cooked rice (long grain white carolina rice)
1 T. butter melted
1/2 C. rasins
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs.
Mix in sugar and milk.
Stir mixture into rice.
Mix in melted butter and rasins.
Pour into a buttered 1- qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon
Bake at 325º for about 30 min.
