2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
4 TBSP butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chopped cherries or dates (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well; roll into small balls. Dip in thin icing sugar, roll in fine coconut or dip into melted chocolate. Chill until set.
