3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well to blend. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Add flour mixture, and mix well. Form dough into 2 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for about 3 hours.

Roll out dough about 1/4" thick on a floured surface. Cut into shapes. Decorate with sprinkles or colored sugar. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
