2 c. fresh BLUEBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, sliced STRAWBERRIES, and sliced BANANA'S, mixed

2 c PLAIN or VANILLA YOGURT

1/2 c. SUGAR

8 small (4-ounce) PAPER CUPS

8 WOODEN POP N STICKS

Directions:
Blend fruit, yogurt, and sugar a blender until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.
Fill paper cups three-fourths full with mixture. Cover too of each cup with aluminum foil. Poke a pop stick trough the center of foil on each cup.
Free for at least 5 hours. serve, peel off foil and cups.

Unless you're serving these on a super hot day, you'll want to take them out of the freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving to soften up a little.
We used 3-ounce disposable cups and had enough mixture for 14 pops.
You can use honey as an alternative sweetener and blend the fruit to be either chunky or smooth.
