2 eggs

1 ½ tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

¾ cup white sugar

¾ cup flour or 1 cup pastry flour

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Let ½ cup milk come to a boil, add 1 Tbsp. of butter, add remaining ingredients & mix well.
Bake in slow oven 250-300 degrees for 20 min until cooked.
When cool cut into squares & roll in icing & crushed peanuts.
