4 pounds potatoes
3/4 c. hot milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. shredded Gruyere cheese
Green onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Cook in salted boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender and drain.

Mash potatoes with potato masher, stir in hot milk and next five ingredients. Stir in cheese and green onions. Enjoy!
