Ingredients:  
1. Wash vegetables and chop
2. Hard vegetables are left in piles on counter - carrots, broccoli, celery
3. Soft vegetables are left in piles on counter - snow peas, green, red peppers
4. Debone chicken and cut in chunks
5. Add 2 tbsp. oil to pan
6. Peel ginger and cut into chunks (1")
7. Place the ginger in pan
8. Mash 1 clove of garlic and place in pan
9. Chop 1 small onion and sauté in the frying pan
10. Remove the ginger from the pan
11. Place the chicken chunks into the pan and cook until white.
12. Add crunchy vegetables first - carrots, broccoli, celery
13. Cook for a few minutes (veggies should be crunchy not mushy)
14. Add softer vegetables, snow peas, green and red peppers
15. Add 1/2 cup of boullion
16. Add 2 tbsp. of soya sauce
17. Just before you are ready to eat, mix together
1 tbsp. of corn starch
1/4 cup cold water and mix well
18. Stir in the mixture until it thickens

Serve with rice
Cooking rice: 1 1/2 cup water
1 cup rice
Bring water to a boil
Put the rice in the boiling water
Put a lid on and turn temperature down
Rice is ready when water is gone.
