2 Tbsp. cold water
4 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 egg
2/3 cups shortening or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix water & sugar. Heat in pot to dissolve & make syrup.
2. Combine icing sugar, egg & shortening. Beat with mixer until smooth.
3. Add syrup, salt & vanilla. Beat until fluffy.

*keeps well in refrigerator.
