1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. dry yeast
1 1/2 cups each lukewarm water & grated cheese
3 Tbsp. each cooking oil & sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 3/4-6 3/4 cups AP flour
1/4 cup grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix warm water, 1 Tbsp. sugar & yeast. Stir to dissolve & let sit 10mins.
2. Place remaining water, sugar, oil & salt in large bowl. Stir in yeast mixture.
3. Add 2 cups flour; mix well. Add cheese & onion; mix well.
4. Gradually add remaining flour. Save some for counter.
5. Let rise 1 hour. Shape into balls & place on baking sheet.
6. Let rise 45mins.
7. Bake at 400º for 15-20mins.

*can also be made into hamburger buns
