1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 3/4 cups AP flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each baking powder & salt

variations: (fold in last)
3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips/1/2 cup mashed strawberries/2 cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter & sugar together.
2. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until smooth.
3. Add banana; blend in.
4. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt.
5. Add to banana mixture. Stir just until moistened.
6. Pour into baking pan; add chocolate chips, strawberries or blueberries- stir gently.
7. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
8. Let cool in pan 10mins. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
