Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkg. dry yeast
½ cup margarine or butter
½ cup warm water (105-110)
½ cup sugar
1 ½ cups buttermilk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
5 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add buttermilk, eggs, butter,
sugar, 2 ½ cups flour, baking powder and salt and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining flour and pour onto floured surface (counter is fine). Knead for 100 counts. Shape as desired and let rise in a warm spot until double size (45min.-1 hour).

Bake at 375 about 35 minutes.

Note: This can be made into any shape rolls or a coffee ring (this is done by rolling the dough out to 8x15" then spread softened butter, golden raisins, and the Orange mixture below under Personal Notes. Begin to roll tightly on the 15" side which gives you a log. Now shape it into a circle on a cookie tin, putting the two ends together then using a scissor cut towards the center (but not to it), making what shall look like slices after it cooks). MAGIC!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I often mix butter, orange rind and some juice with powdered sugar to a soft brushable consistency and use it to fill dough before rolling and save some to spread on top when I take it out of the oven.
