6 slices bacon, diced
1 cup each chopped onion, prepared chicken broth & feta cheese
1lb chicken thighs, quartered
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 cups frozen peas
3 cups rotini pasta

Directions:

1. Cook bacon in frying pan until crisp. Drain; reserving bacon & 1 tsp. drippings.
2. Add onion to drippings in pan. Cook 5-10mins, stirring often, until onion is softened. Transfer to slow cooker.
3. Add chicken, broth, salt & pepper. Stir well & cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
4.Stir milk into cornstarch until smooth. Add to chicken mixture.
5. Add peas. Stir well & cover. Cook on high 15-20mins until sauce is thickened.
6. Cook pasta in salted water. Drain & return to pot.
7. Add chicken mixture. Toss until gently coated. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
