450g pkg. fettuccine or spaghetti
700ml (3 cups) tomato basil pasta sauce
4-5 Tbsp. vodka
200g pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta 8-10mins in pot of salted water.
2. Meanwhile, place sauce & vodka in saucepan over medium heat. Heat, covered, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Add cheese, a handful at a time.
3. Stir for a few minutes after each handful. Add remaining cheese, stirring constantly until melted & smooth, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat & cover until pasta is cooked.
5. Drain pasta & toss with sauce.
