Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My mom, Rachel Swisher, made a cake similar to this for our reception in Pocatello. This may be the same recipe. We both (Stan and Jackie) worked at the ISU Library where one of our colleagues had offered to make some kind of confection for our Pingree reception. However, she became ill and couldn't do it. Fortunately, Mom had made so much, we had her cake at the Pingree reception also. I had a wedding cake, but it was mainly for show.
