1 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter (softened) - 2 sticks
1 egg
2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 t. salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts coursely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and butter until creamy (5 minutes).
Beat in egg until batter is fluffy and light.

Mix together dry ingredients: flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt.

Add to butter mixtures. Beat until blended. Stir in chips and nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes until just barely set and slightly golden edges.

Cool on cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove to rack to finish cooling.
