1 c. BUTTERMILK

1/4 c. HOT PEPPER SAUCE

4 boneless, skinless CHICKEN BREAST halves (about 1 1/2 lb total)

1 c. plain dried BREAD CRUMBS

1/2 c. plain FLOUR

2 tsp. ONION POWDER

1 tsp. CORNSTARCH

1 tsp. SUGAR

1 tsp. GARLIC SALT

1 tsp. SALT

1 tsp. BLACK PEPPER

1 tsp. PAPRIKA

1/2 tsp. CAYENNE PEPPER

2 tablespoons. OLIVE OIL

In a bowl, mix together buttermilk and hotsauce. Put chicken into mixture to coat. Cover, and marinate in fridge 8 hrs or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350

In a separate bowl mix breadcrumbs, flour, onion powder, cornstarch coat chicken with breadcrumbs mixture

Heat Olive Oil in a nonstick skillet over med heat, and cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. for the mag - chicken needed ony 2 minutes per side to get brown.

Transfer chicken to a large to a baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. until no longer pink and juices start to run clear.

Turn chicken half way thru the breast beating time, so both sides would be crispy.

Extra crumbs were produced so set aside half for another meal, or double dip the chicken for extra crunch.
