4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, pepper and sage. Heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden 4 minutes per side. Transfer to serving platter and keep warm. Add onion to skillet and cook until tender 3 to 5 minutes more. Add mushrooms and cook stirring 5 minutes. Add marsala wine and chicken broth, stir to mix. Place chicken back in skillet and simmer 5 minutes. To serve sprinkle with parsley.
