2 bunches of broccoli
olive oil
salt and pepper
6 to 10 garlic cloves

Preheat oven at 425º F.

Layer foil on the baking dish.
Spray with cooking spray.
Wash and dry well the broccoli and cut in flowerets.
Place on baking sheet.
Cover with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Slice garlic and spread on broccoli.
Roast 20 to 25 minutes.
Zest a whole lemon on top.
Squeeze lemon juice on top.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
