4 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup butter
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp of oregano
1Tbsp of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º F.
In a skillet combine butter, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.
Once butter is melted add pork chops and sear for 2 minutes each side.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, and take pork chops out of pan and set aside.
Whisk flour and milk in baking dish until well combined and thickens.
Serve sauce over pork chops.
