4 tsp of yeast or 2 packages
2 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/3 cup of honey
2 eggs
2 cups of warm water
6 1/2 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º F.
Pour warm water in mixing bowl.
Add yeast and stir around to dissolve.
To this mixture add salt, oil, honey, eggs and 3 cups of flour.
Mix with paddle attachment on first speed for 10 minutes.
Add remaining flour and use dough hook and knead for 10 minutes.

Put dough in greased bowl and move around covering all the bread dough with oil.
Let rise for 45 minutes.
Divide dough in half, form into loaves and bake for 30 minutes.
