Ingredients:  
Place in order in large bowl or 9X13 pan.

1 lb. fresh spinach
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing:
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing in blender. Do not toss. Pour on dressing just before serving mixing slightly. Top with 1 can French fried onions.
