3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 C. flour
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt and place in mixing bowl.
Make a whole in center and put in egg yolks and whole egg.
Cut in with fingers or pie blender.
Knead for 10 min.
Let rest for 10 min.
Divide dough in 2-3 parts.
Roll out very then and let dry until leathery.
Roll up and cut in very small slices.
Let dry (usually overnight)
Store/freeze in baggies.

Whenever Grandma Bailey made noodles you always knew that an Angel Food Cake would be made the next day. What else do you do with leftover egg whites?

I remember noodles drying all over Grandma Bailey's kitchen.
