2 Eggs
1 piece of your favorite cheese
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp of butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, melt butter/margarine over #5 (high) heat
Beat 2 eggs with a wisk in a high sided bowl
Add the water and beat with the eggs (milk makes it not fluff up as good)
Pour into the skillet and let sit until the eggs harden.
Lay cheese on top and then fold sides of egg over cheese.
Cover with a lid for a minute or two.
Move it over to a plate and EAT!!!

You should have an adult help you with the stove, or at least have one close by.
