1/2 c margarine
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1 egg
2 Tbs orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg, orange juice, and vanilla and beat to combine. Add dry ingredients and beat till combined.
Roll out dough, cut out shapes, and place on parchment paper. Spray top of cookies with cooking spray, then decorate with sprinkles.
Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
