4 Tablespoons unsoftened butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
36 pecan halves (optional but yummy)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º spray cookie sheet. Melt butter until brown (2 minutes then cool) Whisk Flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda and salt in a small bowl set aside..stir together brown sugar , honey, egg white and vanilla in large bowl until blended. Stir in browned butter, the sour cream. Add flour mixture until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake for eight minutes then turn the sheet half way through (at 4 minutes)
Place walnuts in the middle of each cookie at the end after you bring cookies out of the oven.
