2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ounces high quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces high quality milk-chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, or double-boiler, melt semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips together. set aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, process butter, sugar, cocoa and salt until smooth.
Scrape down sides, then add corn syrup (this gives the frosting it's luscious gloss) and vanilla and process until just combined.
Scrape sides of bowl, then add melted chocolate. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Frosting is ready to use.
