2 lbs. cubed pork

1 cup vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cup ketchup
2 cups water
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2T. Lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven for broiling. Roll meat in flour and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Broil until golden brown, stirring occasionally, even for broiling.

Preheat oven to 350º. Pour sauce over meat and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to thicken sauce. Serve over rice.
