1 17.5-oz box frozen puff-pastry
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
6 hot dogs

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost puff pastry. Preheat oven 400º. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Open each sheet of puff pastry and lightly brush with beaten egg. Lightly brush Dijon mustard on top.
Cut each sheet into three equal pieces and place 1 hot dog on each. Wrap the hot dog and trim edges as necessary.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes.
