Ingredients: 12 eggs mayo or salad dressing about 5-6 tbsp 2 tsp. of prepared mustard ((any kind) but spicy like deli is more flavorful.) Paprika lightly sprinkled

Directions:Boil water in stainless steel pot, when water is boiling put in 12 eggs, reduce heat so the eggs are not moving, keep eggs in water for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse in cold water and peel After the eggs are cooled and peeled cut them in half and take out the yoke and save in a bowl. Mash the yokes to a fine crumble Add mayo or salad dressing about 5-6 tablespoons (enough to make creamy) but not real soft. Add about 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard (any kind) but spicy like deli is more flavorful. Salt to taste about 1/2 teaspoon and pepper the same (white pepper is better) Now comes the creativity, look for what else you feel like adding dices small black olives green pickle relish a little horseradish or Parmesan Cheese even little salad shrimp whatever your taste-buds feel like be creative and explore different tastes until you find one everyone likes. top with Paprika lightly sprinkled on top. |
