1lb chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. each mayo & dijon mustard
6 ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Place chicken in baking dish sprayed with pam; set aside.
2. Mix mayo & mustard until well blended. Spread 1 Tbsp. mixture on each breast.
3. Mix crackers & almonds. Sprinkle evenly over chicken.
4. Bake 2-25mins or until cooked.
