11/4 oz. yeast
1c. lukewarm water
2c. hot milk
2T. margarine
3/4c. honey
2T. salt
1/4c. sunflower seeds
4c. white flour
5c. wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water and set aside.
Heat milk and margarine
Combine honey, salt, and seeds
Add milk and mix
Add white flour
Add yeast solution to mixture
Add whole wheat flour and mix well
Knead and let rise until double
Portion into loaves and let rest (10 min.)
Put into pans and let rise

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
