1 box chocolate cake mix
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Optional: nuts, chocolate chips or cherries
* If you add cherries, you can substitute 1/2 cup maraschino cherry juice for the 1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough and roll into a ball place onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes. Glaze when warm with confectionery sugar, water and vanilla mixture.
