1 - 1 ½ Cups Macaroni
¼ Cup Butter
¼ Cup Flour
1 Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp pepper
Dash of Paprika
¼ Tsp dry mustard
2 Cups Milk
1 - 1 ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
¼ Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Shredded Cheese
Almost 2 Tbsp Onion

Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 375F.
• Cook macaroni according to package. Drain.
• Add flour and seasonings together and cook for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Add in milk, stir until sauce thickens and continue to stir and add cheese. Mix until melted and sauce is smooth.
• Add cooked macaroni and pour into a buttered 2-Quart Casserole dish (9x13 works too).
• Mix together bread crumbs, and rub with butter.
• Spread over top of macaroni and sprinkle on shredded cheese and paprika.
• Bake for 20-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
