1 cake yeast
4 1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 T. salt
4 eggs
14 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak 1 cake yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water. Boil for 5 minutes. 4 c. water in 2 c. sugar. Add 1 c. shortening, cook to lukewarm. Add 1 T. salt, 4 eggs, dissolved yeast and 14 c. flour.
Mix dough about 2 PM. Let rise until 5 or 6pm. Knead down and let rise until 9 or 10 PM. Shape into rolls. Cover with towel and let stand overnight in a cool place. Makes about 75 buns. Bake at 375º 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
