6 skinned chicken thighs with or without bones
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs or Panko
2 cans(8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried crushed basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
6 slices mozzarella or muenster cheese

Directions:
Beat egg and water with a fork. Place in shallow bowl. Place crumbs in shallow bowl. Turn oven to 450 degrees. Grease flat pyrex casserole. Dip each thigh into the egg mix and then into the crumbs and place into the pyrex pan. Put into oven and bake for 20 min. Remove and cover with tomato sauce which you have added to the basil and oregano. Turn heat down to 350 and put back into oven and bake for 20 more min. Remove pan and place slice of cheese on each thigh and return to oven for 5 min. or until the cheese starts to melt. Remove and serve.
