4 bananas, ripe but firm
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dark-brown sugar
1/2 c. dark rum
vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt for serving

Directions:
Carefully cut bananas in half lengthwise; place cut side down in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine butter and rum; drizzle over bananas. Bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve plain or with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
