Rhubarb Cobbler Recipe

3-4 c. cut up rhubarb
¾ c sugar
3 Tbs butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Sift together dry ingredients; add alternately to creamed mixture with ½ c milk. Place batter on rhubarb in 8 x 10 pan. Mix together and sprinkle over batter ¼ tsp salt, ¾ cup sugar and 1 Tbs corn starch. Pour on 1 cup boiling water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 – 60 minutes.
